Our whistleblower channel provides employees, suppliers, customers, business partners, and other stakeholders with a secure way to report serious concerns or suspected misconduct.

You may use the channel to report matters where you have a reasonable suspicion of serious or reprehensible conduct, including actions that may be unethical, illegal, or contrary to Dencam Composite's internal policies and principles.

Reports can be submitted confidentially with your name and contact information or completely anonymously, according to your preference. All reports are handled with appropriate confidentiality and in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.

What Can Be Reported?

The whistleblower channel is intended for reporting serious matters that may affect our people, business, stakeholders, or the integrity of our operations.

Please note that HR-related matters cannot be reported through the whistleblower system.

Concerns relating to employment conditions, workplace matters, performance, or other HR-related issues should instead be raised directly with your immediate manager, director, or the HR department.
