Commitment to Ethical & Responsible Business

At Dencam Composite A/S, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency, and social responsibility. This commitment extends throughout our supply chain, and we expect all suppliers, business partners, and other relevant parties to uphold the same high standards.

Suppliers acknowledge that Dencam Composite A/S conducts its business in an ethical and socially responsible manner. Accordingly, suppliers are required to comply with the applicable requirements set out in the supplier blacklists published on the Dencam Composite website, as well as any requirements referenced in Dencam Composite's Supplier Contract or Code of Conduct.

Adherence to Supplier Blacklists

The applicable blacklists may include, but are not limited to, countries, organizations, entities, individuals, and specified materials with which Dencam Composite A/S or its affiliates do not conduct business or engage in transactions.

Suppliers shall not, directly or indirectly, conduct transactions with any party identified on the applicable blacklists or supply products containing prohibited or restricted materials, unless prior written approval has been obtained from Dencam Composite A/S.

Suppliers are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence and ensuring that their own suppliers, agents, subcontractors, and other relevant business partners comply with these requirements.

Any violation of these requirements may constitute a material breach of the applicable agreement. Dencam Composite A/S reserves the right to take appropriate contractual action, including immediate termination of the agreement where permitted.

As part of our commitment to responsible sourcing and in alignment with the standards of our key business partners, Dencam Composite A/S also follows relevant third-party requirements and supplier blacklists.
