As Department Manager and Senior Global Project Manager at Dencam Composite A/S, he leads complex, high-value international programs from concept development through manufacturing and final delivery.

With extensive expertise in wind turbine blade tooling, composite moulds, and master plugs, Pradeep combines technical knowledge with strategic leadership to manage multidisciplinary teams, optimize manufacturing processes, and deliver high-precision composite tooling solutions. He works closely with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and industry partners to translate complex technical requirements into practical, reliable, and commercially viable solutions.
