Rene brings more than 20 years of experience within the production industry, gained in both national and international environments. His day-to-day leadership supports core business priorities, including delivery performance, quality, productivity, and safety, driven by engaged employees and a highly visible and structured management approach.
Rene joined Dencam in 2017, Throughout his career, he has focused on the development and optimization of maintenance and production functions with the aim of increasing productivity and reducing waste. This has been achieved through the systematic application of LEAN methodologies, continuous improvement initiatives, and the strengthening of employee ownership, engagement, and accountability.
With a strong theoretical and practical foundation, he has led and developed operational departments in a manner that has enabled the achievement of objectives aligned with—and in several cases exceeding—benchmarking standards.
