Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Technology and a Master’s degree in Management and Production Engineering, Kinga combines strong technical expertise with advanced leadership and operational management competencies.

Kinga joined Dencam in 2022 as Operational Excellence Manager, where she was responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and strengthening operational performance across the organization. she was subsequently promoted to Production Manager, assuming full responsibility for production planning, execution, and overall operational efficiency.

Kinga currently holds the position of Quality and Health & Safety Manager, where she is responsible for maintaining and developing the company’s quality management systems and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. In this role, she also drives continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence and sustainable performance across the organization.
