Our 5-axis CNC machines - which can construct even the most complicated and abstract shapes - offer designers and engineers a large scale tool to realize their ideas and dreams. High acceleration and velocity reduce the overall production time and even at high speeds the milling process is extremely accurate. Our milling machines are versatile and can mill in many different materials from foam and wood to aluminum.

ACCURATE 5-AXIS HIGH SPEED MILLING MACHINES

Luxury yachts, racing cars, plugs for wind turbine blades and sculptures are being milled by full 5-axis robots with less than half a millimeter’s accuracy and in unlimited sizes. Depending on the size, the models can be produced in sections and later assembled with guaranteed symmetry and impressive finish.

Dencam Composite has over 10 years of milling experience as well as profound material know-how and our skilled operators have worked on a wide range of different projects and handled many types of materials.

Lately, we introduced the direct mould solution which is a new, innovative and cost-effective type of mould that is milled directly on our milling machines.
