Ringing the Changes

Our 5-axis milling machines provide endless production possibilities, with specialised paste and PU machines, high-end laser equipment, a range of substructures, a variety of paste systems such as PU and epoxy in various densities, and different types of foam and tooling boards.

Where light weight and low cost are priorities, a wooden substructure may be appropriate, and these are approved for import into most countries. However, where ultimate strength and durability against moisture are required, a complete, non-organic steel substructure may be built.
